Troy Youth Baseball. Located in Shorewood (Joliet), Illinois, Troy Youth Baseball’s mission is to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority. The league provides a supervised program under the rules and regulations of USSSA Baseball.
